The is a 6-way Memory socket Connector with gold-plated copper contact, UL94V-0-rated high temperature thermoplastic mouldings and stainless steel slide lock/metal cover, card presence switch. A new range of connectors have been developed to interface with SIM/SAM cards as defined by GSM11-11 and ENV1375-1. This connector is hinged cover and has been designed to minimize the amount of space needed for PCB mounting.
