本发明涉及线性位置传感器的信号处理。利用线性位置传感器的模拟输出电压值,通过模数转换器读入处理器,确定线性位置传感器的当前角值,转换为正弦值乘以正弦电位计输出电压与正弦电位计角的比例系数,然后使用数模转换器输出正弦模拟电压值。本发明采用线性位移传感器,可获得线性输出电压信号和正弦输出电压信号,解决了正弦电位计和线性位置传感器的问题,使机械系统复杂,正弦电位计昂贵,使机械系统设计简化,降低航空相机成本,本发明能满足各种摆扫式航空相机或航空相机的精度和实时要求。

Method for generating sine voltage signal by utilizing linearposition sensor

The invention relates to signal processing of a linearposition sensor. A simulating output voltage value of the linear position sensoris utilized, converted into a voltage digital quantity value through an analog-digitalconverter, and read into a processor, thus the current angular value of thelinear position sensor is determined, and converted into a sine value to bemultiplied by the proportion coefficient of sine potentiometer output voltageand a sine potentiometer rotating angle to obtain a sine voltage digitalquantity value, and then a sine simulating voltage value is output by utilizingadigital analog converter. According to the signal processing of the linearposition sensor, the linear position sensor is adopted, and a linear outputvoltage signal and the sine output voltage signal can be obtainedsimultaneously; the problems that a whisk-broom type aerial camera simultaneouslyneeds a sine potentiometer and the linear position sensor, consequently, amechanical system is complex, and the sine potentiometer is expensive, and consequently,the manufacturing cost of the aerial camera is high are solved; one linearpotentiometer is utilized, thus the design of the mechanical system issimplified, and the cost of the aerial camera is reduced; and signal processingof the linear position sensor can meet the accuracy and real-time requirementsof various whisk-broom type aerial cameras or space cameras.
