The is a 7 x 5mm voltage controlled Crystal Oscillator with ceramic and a seam sealed metal lid, hermetically sealed. The CFPV-45 series oscillator with logic-1 to pad-2 enables oscillator output, logic-0 to pad-2 disables oscillator output, when disabled the oscillator output goes to the high impedance state. No connection to pad-2 enables oscillator output.
