Interface Series 700 keypads are intended for use in wet or dirty environments. These modular keypads are designed to withstand the ingress of liquids and other contaminants- engineered to survive the rigors of a modern industrial environment.

In the most demanding and hostile environments, a keyboard operator must be confident that his keyboard will work so data can be input. Storm Interface understand this. The 700 Series keypad are supplied in 4,12,and 16 key configurations. The exceptional reliability is achieved by an ingenious but simple method of construction. A molded rubber mat is secured around a rigid circuit plate providing its own seal. Storm keypads have been successfully tested after submersion under 1 meter of water for periods of 1 hour. Of note, this was achieved without using gaskets or sealing compounds of any kind.

Interchangeable key top legends allow the selection of key top graphics to suit any particular application. Storm offers a comprehensive range of key top legend tiles.
