ROHM BU91520AKV-ME2 LCD SEGMENT DRIVER, AEC-Q100, VQFP-80

The is a low duty LCD segment driver for automotive application in 80 pin VQFP package. The BU91520AKV-M is 1/4 or 1/3-duty general-purpose LCD driver that can be used for automotive applications. It can support operating temperature of up to +105°C and automotive grade qualified, as required for automotive applications. It can drive up to 276 LCD segments directly. It can control up to 6 general-purpose output ports. It can also support a key scan function that detects a maximum of 30 key inputs. It does not require any external components and has a low power consumption design. Typical applications include car audio, home electrical appliance and meter equipment.
