This ac switch thyristor manufactured from STMicroelectronics is a bistable switch that will turn on when a current is triggered. This device has a surge current rating of 7.6 A. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This SCR thyristor has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 600 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600 V.
