LPC2478 Microcontroller Starter Kit 12MHz/72MHz CPU 32.094Mb RAM 512KB/4Mb/128Mb Flash/NAND Flash/NOR Flash Win 2000/Win Vista/Win XP

is a Keil MCB2470 evaluation board with ULINK2 debug adapter which introduces the LPC2470 ARM family. It allows to create and test working programs for this architecture. The prototyping area provides blocks for adding components and connecting the address, data, and I/O ports. The LPC2478 MCU provided with MCB2400 board is a high end LPC2478 device with advanced ADC, DAC and USB capabilities. A 12MHz crystal provides the clock signal for CPU. The JTAG interface connector provides debugging and emulator support for LPC24x8 device. The JTAG interface allows application debugging and programming of on chip and off chip flash devices. Board connects the on chip serial UART to the MAX3243CA1, which converts the logic signals to RS232 voltage levels. The QVGA module included with board is a 320 x 240 colour LCD display with touch screen capabilities. ULINK2 debug adapter connects PC"s USB port to target system and allows to program and debug embedded programs on target hardware.
