This pliers is designed for cutting nickel ribbon wire. Diagonal-cutting knives hardened to Rockwell C60 — as hard as a file. Very small nose at the tip for use in confined spaces. Semi-flush cutting knives are hand honed under a magnifier. Comes with a coil spring and plastic dipped handles.
