A hot air rework station is designed to perform less complex surface mount rework operations. Using the wide range of NR, ND and NQ nozzles dual in line and quad pack, surface mount devices can be safely and easily removed. Air temperature is electronically controlled and maintained at the selected temperature regardless of the airflow rate. The air supply is provided by an internal pump, driven by a maintenance free brushless motor. Stand by and run functions can be programmed to allow basic temperature profiling to be set.
