The is a 14-bit Analog-to-digital Converter ADC with unipolar input. The device includes a capacitor-based successive approximation register SAR ADC with inherent sample-and-hold. It is based on the same core and includes a 2-to-1 input MUX with a programmable TAG bit output option. The ADC offers a low-power, high-speed, wide voltage serial interface and are capable of daisy-chain mode operation when multiple converters are used.
