The is a 38kHz Miniaturized IR Receiver Module for infrared remote control systems. A PIN diode and a preamplifier are assembled on lead frame. The demodulated output signal can be directly connected to a microprocessor for decoding. The IR receiver module is optimized to suppress almost all spurious pulses from energy saving lamps like CFLs.
