ECONOLINE RAM series 1W SMD unregulated, isolated, single output DC/DC converters with a 1.1 input range and EN60601-1 medical approval. These SMD unregulated medical DC/DC converters have an extended operating temperature range of -40 to +100°C without derating and 3kVDC isolation.
