This technology offers Process Window Alarm which notifies operator if they are working outside a specified process window. Each solder joint can now be made with the proper temperature. Overshoot is not possible, thereby reducing lifted pads and damaged components. All systems can be locked out, thereby guaranteeing repeatability.
