The is a low power, micropower low dropout LDO voltage regulator in 3 pin TO-92 package. It is specifically designed to maintain proper regulation with an extremely low input to output voltage differential. This device features a very low quiescent bias current of 75µA and it is capable of supplying output currents in excess of 100mA. Due to low input to output voltage differential and bias current specifications, the device is ideally suited for battery powered applications.
