The is a low noise, highly stable precision voltage reference with 5V output voltage in 8 pin DIP package. This device has extremely low 2.5ppm/°C temperature coefficients and excellent ±0.02% initial accuracy. It has buried zener technology for lowest noise performance. Load regulation specifications provides source and sink currents up to 15mA. The low output impedance at high frequency, excellent line and load regulation make this device as an ideal for high resolution data conversion systems up to 16bits. The MAX6250 uses a low power temperature compensation scheme to achieve laboratory standard temperature stability. It is used in high resolution analogue to digital and digital to analogue converters, high accuracy reference standard, digital voltmeters, ATE equipment and precision current sources.
