RF Switch SPDT 500MHz to 6GHz 40dB 32Pin QFN EP

The TriQuint is a Single-Pole, Double-Throw SPDT Switch MMIC. The TGS2355-SM operates from 0.5 to 6 GHz, and is designed using TriQuint"s TQGaN25 0.25um GaN on SiC production process. The TGS2355-SM typically provides up to 40 W input power handling at control voltages of 0/-40 V. This switch maintains low insertion loss of 0.8 dB or less, and greater than 25 dB isolation. The TGS2355-SM is available in a small 1.397 x 1.580 mm die size. The TGS2355-SM is ideally suited for high power switching applications across both defense and commercial applications. Lead-free and RoHS compliant.
