The is a 8-bit Microcontroller based on enhanced S08 CPU 20MHz bus with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 20MHz. The device incorporates 60kB internal flash, 4kB internal RAM, 256byte EEPROM, 12-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 28 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one inter-integrated circuit IIC bus module to operate at up to 100kbps and two serial peripheral interface modules SPI.
