Voltage Reference, Shunt, 2.5V, Sc-70-3
The is an improved precision micropower shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SC-70 package. This two terminal shunt mode band gap voltage reference is ideal for space critical applications. The laser trimmed resistors ensure precise initial accuracy of 0.2% with ±100ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient value IR = 1mA. The LM4040B has 45µA minimum shunt operating current capability with low dynamic impedance which ensures stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. This device does not require an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with any capacitive load.
