The is a single-pole single-throw SPST monolithic CMOS Analog Switch designed using an advanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation, yet offers high switching speed, low on resistance and low leakage currents. In addition, -3dB bandwidths of greater than 200MHz can be achieved. It can operate from a single 1.8 to 5.5V supply, making it ideal for use in battery-powered instruments and with the new generation of DACs and ADCs from Analog Devices. It features that a logic input of 1, the switch is closed. It conducts equally well in both directions when on.
