The RC Suppressor Type series Contact Suppressors are constructed using a Class-X2 capacitor in accordance with BS and VDE specifications in series with a high quality resistor. It is designed to suppress interference caused by the switching of reactive loads whilst at the same time increasing contact life. It can also be used in SCR and TRIAC protection. It is supplied with either 22SWG electro tin plated leads or with high temperature PVC insulated 16/0.2 copper leads and can also be supplied with an insulated zinc plated steel-mounting bracket.
