The is an evaluation board based on ATMEL Cortex-M3 core based processor ATSAM3U4E which runs at up to 96MHz, with internal 256KB flash and 48KB SRAM memory. The ATSAM3U4EA is member of the Atmel SAM3U family of flash microcontrollers based on the high performance 32bit ARM Cortex-M3 RISC processor. It operates at a maximum speed of 96MHz. The board not only features one 2.8 inches TFT LCD panel, but also includes a wide range of peripherals including high speed USB, I2C, SD, MCI, UART, I/O extension interface, RTC, IIS I/O ports, TFT LCD interface, three LEDs and five key presses. In addition, there are plenty of software examples accompanying in the CDROM of this board, these examples are used in Keil MDK environment and help engineers speed up the development of their projects.
