Offering higher performance qualities over conventional RTV silicones. sealants will bond to many clean surfaces without the aid of primers. Many of these one-part RTV silicone adhesive sealants are suitable for assembly applications. Can be dispensed manually or with automated equipment. Ideal for applications requiring visual identification of potted assemblies. Most commonly used for solar cell potting and optical instrument potting. RTV630 is formulated for encapsulating applications requiring high tensile strength. Tensile strength of 5.69 Mpa 820 psi.

Will form thin, light-weight molds with excellent durability. The high tear resistance and inherent release ability make it well suited to the manufacture of nitricate castings, by reproducing each part exactly to detail.
