Vishay TSMF1000/20/30 Series IR Emitting DiodesThe TSMF10x0 series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are surface mount SMT Infrared IR emitting diodes. These IR LEDs have a peak wavelength of 890nm. The TSMF10x0 family are available with a range of different lead types including gull-wing, reverse gull-wing and yoke. With the use of double hetero DH technology, the TSMF10x0 IR LEDs offer high radiant power and high speed output. They have a moulded clear, untintined plastic dome lens. Suitable applications for this family of IR LEDs include; IrDA compatible data transmission, miniature light barrier, photointerrupters, optical switch, control and drive circuits and shaft encoders.
