The † is a low-noise, high SPL MEMS microphone with extended low frequency response. The ICS-40300 consists of a MEMS microphone element and an impedance converter amplifier. The ICS-40300 low frequency response makes it an excellent choice for applications requiring precise phase matching. The ICS-40300 is pin compatible with the INMP401 and INMP411 microphones, providing an easy upgrade path.
