The AD22105 is a solid-state thermostatic switch. With only an external programming resistor, the AD22105 can switch accurately in any temperature range from-40 °C to + 150 °C, using a novel circuit structure that allows the AD22105 to switch accurately when the ambient temperature exceeds the user's programmed temperature, aD22105 asserts open collector output. The AD22105 has a lag of about 4C, preventing a quick hot on / off Cycle.

The AD22105 is designed to operate at a single supply voltage of + 2.7 v to + 7.0 v, making it easy to operate in battery-powered applications and industrial control systems. DUE TO LOW POWER CONSUMPTION OF 230 & Micro; w@3.3v, auto heating errors are minimized to maximize battery life.

An optional internal 200 k(ohm) pull-up resistor is included to facilitate driving light loads such as CMOS inputs.

Alternatively, a low power LED indicator may be driven directly.
