摘要：在数字经济时代，大数据时代的重要生产要素。通过数据采集、清洗、分析和建模，将隐藏在数据背后的客观规律充分挖掘利用，成为促进企业智能化管理和产业升级的重要推动力量。本文以锂电池行业为背景，首先解释了工业大数据在行业中应用的四个环节和困难；然后比较锂电池行业的传统方法，详细分析了大数据在整个生命周期不同阶段的应用，例如具体应用案例和大数据分析创造的价值；最后指出，随着锂电池行业硬实力差异的缩小，大数据技术的应用(软实力)将成为赢得市场份额的关键。
