RTC UTC and Local Time

linux 三个系统时间：

• Real-Time Clock (RTC)：硬件集成电路的保存时间在BIOS界面可见；
• Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)：UTC按时区调整后，是当地时间；
• Local Time：系统显示的本地时间；

Network Time Protocol (NTP)：The NTP service runs on UDP Port 123.
