摘要

配电室的全信息收集和监控对配电室的自动化运行管理、维护、防灾预警、安全保护和电力需求管理具有重要意义。Acrel-2000E/B配电室综合监控系统采用物联网和大数据处理技术，实现电力环境各数据的检测和设备控制。针对厦门天马微电子配电室环境监测的要求，系统实现了配电动力环境的分布式远程管理，避免了运行环境失控造成的配电设备运行故障，保证了维护人员的安全，延长了设备的使用寿命，降低了配电室广泛管理造成的过高成本。

项目需求

本项目包括变压器、高压柜和低压柜，需要配备温湿度传感器SF6 O通过配电室综合监控系统实现数据集中管理、分析处理的功能，具体功能要求如下：

1备温湿度传感器，收集环境温湿度数据并上传至系统；

2、配置SF6 O在环境中实时监控双气探测器SF6气体浓度，当浓度过高时，系统启动声光报警报警，联动风机排气；

采用红外和微波双重检测配置双鉴探测器，防止误报漏报；

4.配置风机控制器，实现风机启停联动控制；

5.多用户权限管理方便分级操作；

6、配置Acrel 2000E/B配电室综合监控系统壁挂箱，进行数据状态采集显示、事件报警、曲线查询等操作。

其中SF6+O2双气探测器的通讯地址为二进制拨码，当通信异常时先查看设备背部的拨码(高前低后),而且该设备不是标准modbus通信，请勿使用modscan扫描读取，建议使用工具手动下发报文查看设备回复情况。声光报警器的供电电压与供电回路需有中间继电器保护ARTU的控制出口。

现场安装

温湿度传感器75立方米以配2个；安装在配电柜运行区的背面或侧面，距地1m左右，尽量避开空调出风口；

声光报警器安装在正对门口的墙壁上，距离地面约2米；

风机控制通过接触器和中继器实现，接触器安装在风机控制箱内，中间继电器安装在主机壁挂箱内，控制线从风机引出；

主机和风机控制箱壁挂安装在墙上，防护等级IP20。
