5.11 微机五防系统

5.11.1 功能

系统主要由微机五防软件系统、AKEY-3型电脑钥匙以及充电座、各类机械挂锁与电气回路锁组成。具备图形显示、通信管理、数据管理、五防专家规则库、等主要功能。

在倒闸操作中,系统对现场设备的就地操作与远方操作采用了硬闭锁与软闭锁两种方式:硬闭锁即在一次设备如断路器的操作把手、隔离开关设备的操作机构上增加电气回路锁与机械挂锁的方式进行闭锁。

软闭锁即软件后台与综合自动化后台之间建立通信协议链接,当某一设备需要进行遥控操作时,系统进行五防规则判断,符合五防规则后,则发送解锁命令至自动化监控后台,自动化监控后台进行遥控操作。
