The JC series rugged lightweight general-purpose Circular Connector designed for use in multi-pin power connections. Small and compact with an aluminium alloy shell protected by grey nickel finish. It features five key polarization and closed-entry socket insulators for positive contact alignment and mating. The JC series is available in three shell style and 8 contact arrangement accommodating up to 24 size 20 contacts. Plug and receptacle shell styles will accommodate either pin or socket insulator. A threaded coupling design permits full engagement of the contacts even when the coupling nut is dis-engaged. This feature is useful for bench testing application.
