Demonstration circuit 1563A features the LTC®2315. This unipolar, single channel, serial, high speed successive approximation register SAR ADCs is available in an 8-lead TSOT package. The LTC2315 has an internal 20ppm reference and an SPI-compatible serial interface that supports 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V and 5V logic.
