The is a fixed output LDO Regulator continues the trend towards increasing miniaturization and greater power efficiency and is optimized for power supplies of all types. The broad line-up includes low saturation fixed output types in 1A ratings, models with different output voltages and units without a shutdown switch. In addition over-current, thermal shutdown and overvoltage protection circuits are integrated to prevent IC destruction due to output shorts, IC overload and surges on the power supply line respectively.
