They come in the standard PLCC-4 surface mount SMT package. The ASMT-UYBx LEDs use InGaN chip technology and can be driven at a high current due to the LED package design. They are also able to efficiently dissipate heat from the package. The ASMT-UYBx LEDs produce a high light output with improved flux performance. Designed for higher reliability and better performance, the ASMT-UYBx series are able to operate under a wide variety of environmental conditions.
