The is a straight N-type Plug for LMR-400 cable, with gold-plated brass contacts, crimp termination and cable mounting. This 73276 series plug accommodates a wide range of medium to miniature-sized RG coaxial cables in a rugged medium-sized design and ensures connector will not decouple in vibration intensive applications. The type N connector balances frequency and power providing a low-loss interconnect up to 11GHz for high-power RF applications. Type N connector has a miniature classification; however, it is medium size in use. Properly designed type N connector provides low-loss interconnects to 11GHz. The screw-type coupling combined with the larger size, i.e. RG213, provides a robust design and proper fit for some larger coaxial cables.
