OPTEK"s Optimal IV series features four 4 individually addressable die in a Star package. Utilizing Chip On Substrate COS technology, Optimal IV offers thermal resistance of a mere 1.8°C/Watt. Power dissipation is 4 Watts @ 350mA. Proper heat sinking allows a drive current of 700 mA for greater light output. Optimal IV is available in RGBA Red, Blue, Green, Amber as well as mono-color red, blue, green, amber and three 3 color temperatures of white. Optimal IV"s popular Star substrate allows for easy design integration.
