The is a SEMIPACK® 1 Rectifier Diode Module with heat transfer through aluminium oxide ceramic isolated metal baseplate and hard soldered joints for high reliability. The rectifier diode module features SKKD half bridge connection centre-tap connections and 1200V repetitive reverse voltage.
