The is a precision dual SPST analogue switch in 8 pin NSOIC package. The low power consumption of 1.25mW makes this device ideal for battery powered equipment. It offers low leakage current 100pA max and fast switching speeds tON = 150ns max, tOFF = 100ns max. The switch also offers 5pC maximum charge injection and minimum of 2000V ESD protection per method 3015.7. The MAX320 is used in heads-up displays, test equipments, ±5V DACs and ADCs, sample and hold circuits, military radios, PBX systems, PABX systems, guidance and control systems.
