The is a dual low voltage, low power microprocessor µP reset circuit in 4 pin SC-70 package. This microprocessor µP supervisory circuit monitors power supply voltage ranging from +1.8V to +5V while consuming only 3µA of supply current at +1.8V. Whenever VCC falls below the factory-set reset thresholds, the reset output asserts and remains asserted for a minimum reset timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold. It has an open-drain active-low reset output. It has an auxiliary input for monitoring a second voltage. Typical application includes controllers, intelligent instruments, critical microprocessor µP and microcontroller µC power monitoring and battery powered equipment.
