The is a high accuracy microprocessor µP supervisory circuit in 8 pin NSOIC package. This supervisory circuit provides power-on reset, watchdog and power-fail functions. It eliminates manual trimming and improve reliability in critical applications needing high accuracy reset thresholds. The RESETcomplementary output is to be in correct state for VCC down to 1V. The reset comparator is designed to ignore fast transients on VCC. Typical application includes controllers, intelligent instruments, critical microprocessor µP power monitoring and set top boxes.
