The is a microprocessor voltage monitor in in 14 pin NSOIC package. This device contains five voltage comparators, four for monitoring +5V, -5V, +15V and -15V and the fifth for monitoring any desired voltage. The resistors required to monitor these voltages and provide comparator hysteresis are included on-chip. All comparators have open-drain outputs. This device consumes 250µA max supply current over temperature.
