The is a 3V/5V low power, low noise, CMOS, dual rail to rail I/O operational amplifier op-amp in 8 pin SC-70 package. This single supply, CMOS input op-amp has wide bandwidth at low quiescent current which makes it suitable for a broad range of battery powered applications. A combination of extremely low input bias currents, low input current noise and low input voltage noise allows interface to high impedance sources such as photo diode and piezoelectric sensors. The MAX9637 has maximized ratio of gain bandwidth GBW to supply current and it operates from single 2.1V to 5.5V supply at a typical quiescent supply current of 36µA. It is used in piezoelectric transducer amplifiers, smoke detectors and transimpedance amplifiers.
