The is a quad, rail to rail, fault protected, SPST analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This switch has fault protected inputs and rail to rail signal handling capability, this traditional fault protected CMOS analogue switch with unusual operation is constructed by three series FETs. The device is pin compatible with industry standard DG201 and DG411 and terminals are protected from overvoltage faults up to ±36V during power-up and power-down. It is used in communication systems, data acquisition, avionics and redundant/backup systems.
