The is a low noise dual polarity DC to DC converter with boost and inverting charge pump in 20 pin TSSOP package. This inductorless charge pump high voltage DC to DC converter includes boost charge pump, inverting charge pump, two low noise positive and negative LDO post regulators. The boost charge pump powers the positive LDO post regulator while the inverting charge pump powers negative LDO regulator. The LDO output voltages can be adjusted using external resistor dividers. The regulated step up charge pump employs low quiescent current burst mode operation or low noise constant frequency mode. During burst mode operation, the boost charge pump regulates its output to 0.94 x 2 x VIN_P while inverting charge pump regulates its output VOUT- to -0.94 x VIN_N.
