This triac thyristor manufactured from acts as a bistable switch and will continue to operate when a voltage is applied to it. This device has a surge current rating of 20 A. Tape and reel packaging will encase this product during shipment, in order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of components. Its repetitive peak forward blocking voltage is 400 V, while its repetitive peak reverse voltage is 400 V. This SCR thyristor has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 110 °C.
