The from is a tri colour single level, surface mount light emitting diode. This LED has 3 emitting colours hyper red, blue and green made of AlGaInP on GaAs substrate, InGaN and InGaN on sapphire material respectively. It is recommended to use a wrist band or anti - electrostatic glove when handling the LEDs.
