The is a 5V fixed output ultra-low-dropout ULDO Linear Regulator features very low quiescent current 75µA typical and very low drop output voltage typical 40µV at light load and 380mV at 100mA. The device includes extremely good load and line regulation 0.05% typical and very low output temperature coefficient, making the device useful as a low-power voltage reference. The error flag output feature is used as power-ON reset for warn of a low output voltage, due to following batteries on input.
